Usual McDonald's establishment, clean place with lots of tables and seats. It is conveniently located just in front of kuta beach, so a great place to hangout or take a bite from playing on the beach. This one has a mccafe so they have coffee and pastry.

Say you want a quick nice view of rumbling beach and breakfast to energize your day THIS IS the place. With merely 4 USD you’ll get big breakfast complete with coffee and now they serve many variants of coffee in the morning too. You can find convenience store just next ronit and withdraw from many international ATM there. So let’s go and enjoy the wonder of fast food and nice Kuta Beach. By taxi or grab it’s only ab 2 USD ride

Very good stop for breakfast in kuta. Especially if you just want a western breakfast. Also, of you go before 9 am you will probably have the place to yourself people don't seem to get up very early around here. Like all the Indonesian McDonalds try the fried chicken especially if your from Canada and the US it is extremely good better than most back home.

Great coffee pitty the service sometimes sucks i want coffee @McDonald's cafe in a real stone cup not a cardboard cup.
They need better table service, clean up tables the whole idea of Mc Cafe!
They need understand halve strength/ weak coffee not a cup of bitterness terrible sometimes.
Be careful of sand on the floor from beach goers i took a fall off of the stairs inside no apologies from management!

My son's favorites restaurant is McDonalds. This MacDonald's outlet was very close to my hotel so I visited the location twice during my Bali stay. I have no problem with the food, but they don't keep enough toys for the happy meal.
The billing staffs were terrible, there was three lady in two counter. I was the first person in one of the counter. The lady was busy with something so I keep waiting, but after a long wait when I asked her to take my order, she asked me to go to another counter. I moved to another counter. Just after I moved, the lady start taking order from other people.
The second counter lady was another of her kind. suddenly she stopped taking the order and moved to the toilet. Before moving, she didn't ask the people on long queues to wait, or any other person to take over the counter. at list for 10 I waited for her, but she didn't back, so I left the restaurant.
The people work in this outlet don't have basic common sense and business etiquette. I want MacDonald's authority to take care of this kind of outlets. this is killing MacDonald's reputation.

When you want to have something to eat quickly, then McDonald's is a good choice a few times per year.
An ice-cream or more, maybe more often...

This strawberry and chocolate pie looks interesting, but didn't try it (Denpasar, Bali, Indonesia)

I initially thought this was a clean establishment. After informing the female manager on duty this morning that last nights rubbish was still on the tables she appeared unworried? Very bad for McDonald's
