No Wifi, no breakfast, empty Pool in July 2022. Rooms are a decent size.

Breakfast was good and worth getting directly from the hotel without the room price which was cheaper. Also, customer service was outstanding! Room cleanliness and quality despite being an older hotel was great. During COVID-19 price accommodated our guest to a substantial discount while they remained open to service current guests. I applaud there great service to the community!

The staff was very helpful and was able to accommodate my requests. The location is great, right across the street from Kuta beach. There are many restaurants u0026 shops within walking distance of the hotel. They could do a better job of cleaning the rooms, but for the price it was good.

Hi was disappointed with this hotel from the point of drop off out side, the smell of the drains was gut wrenching. Then the booking was smooth till I found out I had to pay for the Wi-Fi $4 per day for each user. Over washed towels (grey) a bath mat that looked like a rag, shower / bath well the shower head was covered in lime scale and level with my chest when standing in shower.
Over all the hotel look good in the reception area but the room was dated and in need of a refurbishment.

It's a very basic accommodation, not to get excited by the photos they have shown on their website or on Agoda for that matter. We booked it expecting 3 star accommodation but it turned out to be below average. The only good thing about the hotel is its beach location (good for youngsters partying). Breakfast is good. But apart from this nothing is appealing. Standard room with amenities are very ordinary.
All in all we are very disappointed.

Overall stay was good. The breakfast was also tasty and they had good variety of food items. WiFi was not free they were charging extra for internet usage on daily basis also per user. Beach is very near to the hotel just you have to cross the road and enjoy!! Cleanliness was OK. eventually value for money.

Hotel doesn't have parking lot so you have to park your car on beachwalk shopping mall which is located about 200m from the hotel which will cost you around Rp.200.000 per night!. The employee here kind of rude and for some reason you need to pay an extra Rp.150.000 if you want add one more person to sleep in the room even though you didn't ask for extra bed (They didn't say this in their booking page so be careful!). The water on the toilet is saltwater(i didn't have any problem with that). Wifi is existence if you ask the employee, but it's so slow and keep disconnecting. Breakfast menu are always the same! (Fried rice, Fried noodle, Sauted vegetables, grilled tomato, sausages and scramble egg) I am wondering why they have a lot of menu book in their office but they keep making the same menu. Room is spacious but its not really clean especially the bathtub. If you want a cheap hotel near kuta beach just be careful of this hotel because although the price tag on their booking page seem to be cheaper than most hotel, you will spend more by other expenses. The only good thing about this hotel is the location. Hope the manager read this and sir... all your employee are complaining about you please take care of your hotel... your hotel had a potential because of its location.
