This gym is great. Opened 24h. The équipement is very good. Free fresh water + towels. Free gym for Marriott Customers. Or 50k IDR per day for visitors. This includes acces to the pool too. I don't put 5 stars because the bench cannot be inclined for press. Only for abs work.

Not a bad gym if you don't mind just a few machines. Weights only go up to 20kgs and no squat rack.

Prices are:

100 K IDR for 1 day
500 K IDR for 1 week
800 K IDR for 1 month

If your stay a couple weeks or longer most definitely worth 800 K (Roughly 80 AUD) for a month

Good gym for lightweight and cardio. Not much lifting equipment for a good strength workout. Clean and does the job when traveling. Has machines to replace heavy barbells

clean, has a nice lighting, nice air circulation. missing some machine equipments. but after all still a nice experience

150k for 1 time entrance, it is good as a hotel gym but i wouldn't sign up if it was a regular gym. Free weights max 20kg and no bench press installation.
