My first ever trip to Bali, I spent an eight day stay with The Stones Hotel. A very beautiful hotel with amazing staff members. All staff member were very helpful in regards to any question or request. Very clean hotel, lots of sanitary stations available around the hotel, if you require mask the front office will provide.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone that is staying in the Legian Bali area.
However there is a few things I would like to mention and hopefully these little issues will be looked at hopefully fixed by the next time I visit. No pork produce was available, due to the owners religious reason. But I feel that by the amount of western clientele that I saw stay here, they should at least be an option for bacon for breakfast. The only thing I was not a fan off was the Nachos, chips were soft for some reason and a lack of that Mexican flavour.

I visited the gym a couple times and was very pleased with what they offered. Now bare in mind they are hotel and not a gym, but they had plenty of free weights, treadmills, bikes, weighted machines and a cable crossover machine. Plenty of options to get a decent workout for those that enjoy working out. Can be a bit musky in the room though, lack of ventilation, probably.

The pool bar staff were amazing and did a fantastic job in keeping me hydrated during my stay. I'd like to see them get some more training in the cocktails department as they only knew the ones during happy hour.

House cleaning was great, they always greeted with genuine smiles. I always tipped them every morning during my stay. If you asked nicely they will leave 1 or 2 extra bottles of water in your room.

King size bed extremely comfy, nice large shower and bathroom. The pool views are totally worth it, so if you have the extra $$ pay for that little perk.

As I mention above, The Stones Hotel is a great place to stay. My criticism are minor and I feel that even if they did not look into these ever so small issues, you would still have a great time at this hotel.

Just spent 10 days as a solo traveller at The Stones and cannot rate it highly enough. The rooms, grounds and pool were beautifully maintained. Breakfast buffet was amazing with pretty much every food option you can think of, prepared and presented to perfection. Room service also exceptional - quality food, generous portions, restaurant quality. The staff are absolutely faultless, greeted me by name every day, couldn't do more to assist in anything I needed and made me feel incredibly special and well cared for. Particular mention to Dyna who went above and beyond to help me book a tour when I couldn't get the online booking to work. I'm not sure why some have given a poor rating, particularly regarding the food... it was faultless (my opinion of course). I've stayed in many 5 star resorts all over the world and definitely rate The Stones as one of my absolute favourites. I'll book again without hesitation.

Everything about the stay was perfect!! All of the staff are super lovely and accommodating for whatever you need, and more!! Couldn’t recommend the hotel and the buffet breakfast any more! Huge selection of food including live local cooking, massive selection of fresh juice and great range of coffee and tea!! Perfect location! Great swim up bar!! We extended our stay and also came back for breakfast! We’ll be back!!

My first stay at the Stones Hotel really did not disappoint. From check in, the staff were amazing and really welcoming. The really good points:
1. Amazing pool facilities
2. Great fitness centre
3. Friendly and welcoming staff
4. Modern room (I was provided pool view, with a tub on the balcony).
5. The location is really good - walking distance to the beach
My only disappointment abit was the breakfast buffet, the taste was average for a 5* hotel. There could be more options available.
Overall though, my stay was really enjoyable and I will be back in the near future.

I had an amazing stay with my partner here, The room was exceptional, but the service was impeccable throughout the whole stay!

I’d like to highlight that we were late for our flight after we checked out and it was very difficult to find transport due to traffic, Radit and Vincent up front were extraordinarily helpful as they tried their best to find us alternatives and have the best attitudes throughout the stressful time. They most definitely deserve the very best care from the management.

Overall everything was beyond perfect, will definitely come back again when we’re in Bali. Thanks for one of the greatest vacation we’ve had in years.

Most beautiful staff you could ask for. Everyone was helpful, kind and genuinely wanted to make sure you were looked after during your stay. Big thank you to Steven, Riski and Ella - you guys are amazing. I couldn’t fault the service. Breakfast has a wide selection of food, loved the fresh juices and cooking stations. They had live music playing at night by the pool area and can hear it when your chilling in your room. Close to everything that you need and across the road is the beach. The only con was the water - it smelt funny when you showered but I think that’s normal in Bali. Didn’t really bother us. Great hotel!

Exceptionally clean property with ultra clean rooms. The pool is the best part of this hotel. The hospitality is super warm and just 10 on 10. Moreover the morning breakfast is amazing with variety of continental food. You can walk down for the beach right in-front of the hotel. Located near the market. Overall stay was fabulous and enjoyable.
