Still one of private owned and well maintaint! Perfect locarion between beach and life! Countless resros and shops around.... sunset perfekt at the beach. Hotel resto open till 15:00 for breakfast and other. Will be our nr.1 choice for kuta area!

the service is great,Good location in Kuta and quiet despite all the activity around ,Nice hotel for budget travellers,The pool is very peaceful and large. You must try to stay here!!Recommended!!

Hotel is located a 2 minute walk from the beach with nice cheap restaurants on the way.

Room was nice enough and a suitable size, it also had a balcony suitable for a nice night of cards. Breakfast was tasty, we had the banana pancakes. The staff were polite and helpful.

There were 2 dounsides:

1. The room didn't have air-conditioning. For some this is necessary, for some not.

2. With our 7 hour jetlag we were asleep late afternoon and by the time we woke at around midnight there was a lot of noise coming from the streets. Probably not an issue with a sleeping pattern that matches the location.

It's a nice hotel actually. But the room where I stayed (108) is too far at the back and so many insects there. The staff just clean it by spray it and swept the floor for 5 minutes, but after that there are more and more insects in the room. I stayed there 2 nights and it kept going. But overall, the staffs are nice and friendly, the breakfast also good.

Fantastic original Bali hotel , quiet family run u0026 close to the beach.
Great value for money with lots of different types of rooms .
Pool , breakfast included and friendly staff.
Discounts are offered for long time stay guests
Wayan is the boss at the front and makes the call on most things.
Yoman is the massage girl by the pool and after 20 years of visiting really does give the best massage in town. For a very reasonable price .
In 2017 they were reforming all there bungalows to a very high standard so we would expect it to be super good to stay here in 2018.
Hotel Lusa has been our winter home for more than 20 years and we hope it will be for about her 20 . Thanks folks for being our second family here in Bali.

Stayed here years ago - location is good for being in Kuta but away from the noise. The pool is very peaceful and it's a short walk to the beach and The Balcony. Friendly staff and yummy banana pancakes.
