The staff are friendly and informative. The room service is good.
But the swimming pool is dirty, stinky changing room and smell of urine. And no soap on the sink. No tissue in the dining room. Breakfast seems to be cooked with less preparation, no taste. Musty smelly crackers (krupuk bau tengik)

I don’t recommend this hotel at all!! I’ve given a 1 star and that’s just being nice. Just cause it has a reasonable price, but what’s very disappointing is the bathrooms and beds are so dirty, the walls of the bathrooms are thick with grimes and some white substance and the bed sheets feels like it has not been washed at all. The sink area is so dirty, honestly why would anyone stay here. Please attend to this problem. Thank you

Cheap hotel and close to the Kuta Beach and Beachwalk shopping center. The room is cleaned . I got a bad tv screen and they changed it promptly. Wifi is very fast. Room a bit small for 2 people if bring a lot of baggage.

First the keypad did not work ..the room smelled of smoking and strong disinfectant ..the blind for the window was broken .. The shower cubicle was very dirty with lots of old stains..the worst was yet to come ..BREAFAST.. they charge 60.000rp extra for this ..it's terrible..nothing much to eat...no bread no eggs and cardboard cups for coffee and tea ..the eating area smelled of staleness and there was food left on the floor ...AVOID THIS HOTEL if you want to experience a better time

I do not recommend this hotel for their poor service, I booked 2 twin sharing rooms, smoking rooms via OTA, and when we checked in, there is no twin sharing room available, and every room is 'no smoking', unfortunately there is no refund option

If they don't have any twin sharing and smoking room, why they put these options in their allotment with OTA???

It was a good hotel. However, the room sizes are not that big. I would not recommend this one if you want a luxury vacation or have older people traveling with you. But it's a great, vibrant hotel for young people on a budget. Loved my stay. Clean and super friendly staff.
