Love this gym. Signing up for my third month in a row. The studio is super nice, well-lit by natural light and spacious. The trainers and staff are accommodating, helpful and very engaging during workouts. Possibly the best F45 studio I have been to so far.

I'm going to miss you all while I'm gone. Thank you for making me feel so welcome and becoming such a reliable source of enjoyment, socialization, and of course fitness. It's like Cheers... "where everybody knows your name". The staff is remarkable and they all make a significant effort to learn your name. By my 2nd visit, most of them had already learned mine. Vera is such an amazing and encouraging coach, plus the ladies behind the desk are incredibly helpful, friendly, and will always put a smile on your face - even if it's at 7am. A lot of the staff goes back and forth between Seminyak and Canggu, so I can say comparable things about that location as well (looking at you and those tall socks, Pierre). Living abroad (often as a solo traveler) can be challenging, so it's very nice to have something stable and welcoming like this studio you can always depend upon. See you all soon.

Great studio and and instructors.
Worled out both in Cannggu and Semniyak .
Well worth it if you do the package for 7 days

Tried f45 studios around the world and this studio keeps up with f45 standards perfectly.

Nice friendly team, nice push from the trainers and nice studio/location.

I have actually really enjoyed the two classes I have experienced so far ....they are varied and the class actually goes very quickly :) I also like that the trainers adapted a couple of the exercises due to my back ????

Love F45. Been going for the last few years. You can go hard or take your own pace. This is me going hard.
