We needed a test for international flight, the test was quick and we had results back in less than 20hrs.

What a great experience!!

I was nervous to go get a rabies vaccination (after a small run in with a cranky cat) as I am travelling alone and everything about needles makes me anxious but I am so thankful to have found this place!

I was researching where to get a reliable rabies shot in Bali as I have heard it is difficult to find and this was one of the only places that carried the immunoglobulin as well as the rabies vaccination. The shots are pricey but that’s just the way it is everywhere, the clinic, in my opinion, did not charge a ridiculous amount compared to even Canada where I’m from. If you have travel insurance as you should there’s no need to worry.

The staff is extremely helpful and friendly, explained everything thoroughly and made me feel as comfortable as possible.

My insurance company was taking forever to approve the coverage so they even took me across the street and paid for a nice dinner of my choice while I waited.

10/10 would recommend this place! Better service than I get in my own country.

My insurance sent me her after I was bitten by a monkey in Ubud. I was supposed to go to Kasi Ibo, but many of the hospitals don’t have the rabies vaccine. And I’m so glad they sent me to this place. The clinic is small, but clean and the staff is really professional, informative and caring. The speak excellent English. No waiting time. They also followed me up buy contacting me the next day to hear how I was doing. Really recommend this place to everyone. Thank you to the staff, you are wonderfulu003c3

Thank you to the staff. They were wonderful, my partner and I got IV treatments done here. My partner received the Bali Belly treatment and included in the cost he received a whole bag of take home medications to help his symptoms. We were very impresssed.
