Property is nice and Staff are friendly
But it’s impossible to get a decent nights sleep there.
The newly opened Pool Bar a few meters away blasts out noise until 3am measured at 130db nobody else seems
About this
I feel sorry for the damage being done to this business as a result of few or little tourists visiting since Covid 19 restrictions were applied

The property is located at a walking distance from the Kuta beach, yet nestled away from the hustle bustle of the city. The rooms and the property are maintained well and the staff is also polite.

Options to shop, eat, get a spa are closely. Overall, our stay here was pleasant.

One of the best hotels and budget friendly in Kuta near the market.
One can relax and enjoy here and roam in the market area.
Food is also good and lots of variety available. Especially for the vegetarians.

Rooms clean and tidy. The beds are very hard and pillows uncomfortable. Hotel is old and not worth the money. Buffet breakfast is disappointing. No cerals,no porridge, no spreads and limited fresh fruit and a sign states in breakfast area "only eat what you need" I would not return here unfortunately. . P.s. The staff keep this motel open. They are wonderful .

Great stay in adi dharma with nice breakfast provided. Staffs were very friendly.
Only disappoint from this site is water in bathroom and swimming pool which is salty and which didn't encourage me to use swimming pool and take bath peacefully in bathtub. Apart from this , It's very nice and pleasant stay at this hotel.

Very good hotel and economical as well.
Location wise it's bit far from Beach...but a walk to the Beach doesn't take too much time.
Breakfast was also good.

A great hotel to stay in during your vacation. Located at the heart of Legian, close to the beach, but secluded enough that you won't notice the busyness of Kuta.
