First time visit I stay with my friend and book 3 rooms in here. For me the price, compare to the quality and location are very good. The staffs are ok. The pool is clean and the pool bed very nice. I spent many hours sit in pool bed reading a book. All I can say is the price worth it.

I stayed here for a couple of weeks Mid-March to early April as COVID lockdowns were beginning. It was a peaceful place and there weren’t too many guests as the owner pretty much closed the gate behind me fearful of COVID. The owner even turned away a few guests that had a reservation. It was a scary time. The few of us who were staying there, pretty much kept to ourselves. Some guests leaving as soon as they could fly back to their country of origin.
I stayed. But as the days passed, with nearby stores and markets closed, our morning hotel breakfast disappeared. A bit later, the owner said that as of April 1st, TV cable will be canceled and WiFi speed would be downgraded. I decided it was time to find another place. Quickly, as 95% of Bali lodging was already closed or closing.

As for my room: I found that it was hard to see the tv as the distance between the bed and tv was great. And the TV was a bit small. The room lighting was also a bit poor as it was difficult to work once the sun went down. The shower drain was clogged as well, so after a few minutes, I wasn’t sure if I was taking a shower or a bath. The WiFi was weak, even before the downgrade.

On the plus side, the staff was quite helpful and spoke English well. Very friendly. And the property is beautiful.

Love this hotel, stayed for 12 nights. Great pool, very nice and attentive staff. You have to ask for a clean u0026 fresh towels but they always do it when you ask. Large rooms each in its own separate little building - do yourself a favor and get the room with ac if visiting october through january, its very hot at night with just a fan. Good wifi too!

The room looks good and the bed is nice.
But the wifi doesn't work in the rooms, personal knows this and their advice is to sit outside for better wifi. The water in the bathroom smells like the rotten eggs, and the showerdrain is clogged. Also the pool is not blue like the picture but green, and it was out of use. Because of some sort of maintanence.

Firstly, comment that we had been several times in this hotel and all was correct. But this time we were going to meet an incompetent and rude worker (at night time, the night from Friday to Saturday). We arrived at the hotel the same Friday at 23h and we were going to go 7 hours later, Saturday at 6.30 in the morning since we were leaving for Lombok at that time. Not being able to have breakfast at that time, we negotiated the price of the room since we were only going to stay 7 hours in the hotel. All correct until about 12 at night when we were informed that the boat to Lombok was not going to leave because of the waves. We decided to go to reception to ask if it was possible to stay one more night, the guy, told us that there was no problem, but that we should pay the full price of the room. Here begins the story, this guy, I think his name is "Gabung" or something similar, he say that if we wanted to stay 2 nights, we should pay the total amount for 2 nights (when we had paid in advance the negotiated price for one night without breakfast). We told him that we would pay the full price the next night cause the negotistion had been for breakfast and not for check out, which is at 12h. By not agreeing and forcing us to pay the full amount for the 2 days, we decided that we would leave that same morning, at 12 o'clock, time of check out. Well, at 7 o'clock in the morning and thinking that we were going to sleep until 11 o'clock, the boy started pounding the door of the room, awakening and annoying the other guests in the adjoining rooms as well. He forced us to wake up at that hour and leave without no option to talk to anyone else. In the 5 minutes we took to pack, this boy disappeared because at that time his turn ends and he leaves the problem to the security partner (which if he tried to give us a solution and help us). Having been several times in this hotel, I believe that the treatment received by that worker was not correct. We tried to ask the boss, but they told us that neither Saturday nor Sunday would come.
We decided to go to the hotel next door where we were welcomed with open arms at 8 in the morning although the check in was at 2pm.
We demand an explanation on the part of that worker or the boss if they really care about the good relationship and the correct treatment with the costumers.
I think people like that should not work in a hotel where the first thing should be the good customer service. We have been several times in different years at this hotel and have repeatedly recommended the hotel to family and friends, but obviously that's not going to happen again anymore, we are very angry with the treatment received and how to act that worker . It's a shame that one farm worker can stain the work of many people and the name of the hotel.
Surely the boss would have wanted to talk to us and give us a solution but it was not possible.
If anyone is interested in removing our comment, we require an explanation.

This hotel actually nice, have a nice pool too, nice bedroom and strategic near by the beach. But the cons are: the chlorine in the pool i guess it's too many. Sometimes makes your eyes hurt and also is not good for skin too. The aircon in the bedroom was really old and not really working very well. So it's not even cold. Really not good. And for breakfast, the menu was ok. But if when i was order a tea there, the water was salty. So it's kind of weird when you drink a salty tea. Hehe. The rest was ok so far.
