Staff make this place great. They all deserve a pay rise. Always went above and beyond to sort any issues out. Rooms were clean and overall food for breakfast was great. Never had a bad vibe staying there. It’s located just off a very busy street but not too far also to walk to the beach 5min. For the price we paid I can’t fault it. If I paid premium of course you could always find something to negative but truly amazing value.

Loved this hotel. This will be our new home away from home. Clean rooms, lovely staff as always, good food and drinks. Ari at the bar is awesome. Walking distance to beach, bars and restaurants. Pools were great both on the ground and the rooftop pool with swim up bar. Stayed here with family of 4 and the family room was great. Would highly recommend. Looking forward to returning.

Convenient hotel with an affordable price, near Kuta Beach region. The staff was helpfull, the room was pretty good in terms of cleanliness.

The problem is, the hotel itself located in a narrow street of Kuta. So i think it is difficult to access, but it's still accessible by car. You can park your car in hotel's basement. Breakfast was great. Overall it was a good experience to stay at this hotel.

Loved it!!
Our experience stay in here is almost perfect. All staff are truly friendly and helpful. Room, pool, and all area is very clean.

We also enjoying the breakfast moment. So tasty.... For parents who is traveling with kids will be very happy since the hotel provide so many kids menu such as porridge, waffle, pancake.

I also try the massage service ❤️❤️ 60 minutes full body massage only 150k... Affordable for hotel price!

And we surprise since never read about the jacuzzi/ whirlpool, yet we see it in the middle of the main pool. So warm and relaxing. Me and my daughter enjoying the jacuzzi.

Surely will be back here again when we go to bali sooon!!

Very happy with the service and food.
Toilets in rooms a bit shoddy, no ventilation to rid smell. The towels looked sad.
No stationary. TV only shows local stuff.
Restaurant staff above expectations.
Morning breakfast 7 star.food and service.
Night buffet, embarrassing. Spoilt the whole experience.
Happy to pay the money but when a buffet is advertised and you can choose 1 piece of prawn, 1 pieces of this an that and any amount t of vegetables, ...not on.

I would suggest not to offer such a buffet, unless the Banquet manager is trained correctly on buffets and budgets.

The hotel itself is very well located in the heart of Kuta and has two lovely pools (one of which can actually be accessed directly from your balcony depending on the room you chose!). But the main reason for this review is actually to praise the hotel staff. Just a few days ago I had a relatively serious accident just outside the hotel and as I rushed in, I was immediately greeted by multiple staff members who not only helped me straight away but guided me to the hospital and stayed with me the whole time while I was receiving the required treatment. Sesko Sunny, the Loss Prevention Manager, went well above and beyond what anyone would expect and I can safely say any company would be lucky enough to have him.

One of the best hotels that I've been to, staff is very friendly, they greet you everytime with a happy face even if you bug them for a million times in a day.
Their Breakfast buffet is something not to miss, lots of options including local noodles and rice everyday, guaranteed to feel like a king, their family suites are really huge and well planned. They do have two bars located in the hotel, one in the lobby and the vertigo roof top bar which has happy hours from 4-6pm and 9-11pm.
So you don't really have to leave the
Hotel for anything, unless you want to.
Kudos to the manager Parta and the staff for making our stay amazing
