Loved it the rooms were large nice gardens and great pool, the only thing that would make it even better if there was bar fridges in the rooms and a bar near the pool area. Everything else I loved it so did my boys. Location is good close to the main attractions.

A shame I didn't take a photo of this place. In the heart of bustling Kuta, this place is a sanctuary. It's a classic place adopting the old 80s Balinese style accomodation, super friendly staffs, quiet surrounding and lush garden. It's not super fancy, but it has the "holiday on the island of Bali in the 80s" feel. Wooden doors, wide windows with wooden frames, wooden furnitures and couches at the front and large porch. They keep their AC well taken care of it seems as it never failed to have me pulling blankets up to my nose. It might look a bit old for some people, but it's kept clean all the time. Plus, there's a famous restaurant at the front where you might bump into world known surfers and also a servo across for when you have your late night munchies. Some other nice restaurants, cafes and the beach are just a walk away

This is a brilliant option in Legian/Kuta. The buildings and grounds are beautiful, and it's a calm haven in which to escape the hustle and bustle of the streets and beach, while being super close to everything. The staff are really friendly and eager to help with any requests. Only tiny downfall is that not all of the rooms have mosquito nets, and not all fans are created equal - but I'd still definitely stay here if I came back to Kuta, the ambience far outweighs these small factors!

Good place to stay. Close to everything. Good food around. Breakfast is pretty basic. No music noise but some rooms have traffic noise but with earplugs its fine :) Friendly staff.

Nice older style hotel, not modern but good enough rooms and pool. Close to the beach and conveniently close to everything in Legian and Kuta. Included breakfast options were not great.

We had a great vacation at Un's. A family run business for about 30 years. Staff are friendly and helpful, we stayed as a family of 6 in the bungalow. Ideal for us, as we set up here and travelled on to Ubud and Amed where both places were not as good as Un's in one way or another. We have now stayed here twice. Local Balcony Restaurant is great too. Quite close to the beach. The only down side for me was our room backed onto Jl. Benesari and that has scooter and foot traffic till late most nights. That didn't bother my wife, but I ended up using ear plugs. Other than that nice well kept garden and pool, perhaps overall the place is showing is age, but that is the charm of the place for us.

Near the shops and beach, with pool inc breakfast but the room has a lot of mosquitoes, have to secure that the door is closed right away and i already complained about the towels, coz it stinks though they change it daily. Maybe they iron it right away eventhough it's still a bit wet. ????u200d♀️
