Room cleanliness need to improve, breakfast variance ok, but taste poor

The hotel receptionist are very friendly, and the room is in a very good condition too. The only problem is that the there were a stain in the floor which couldn't rub off. And one of the lights in the toilet didn't work so a repair man had to fix it which we find disturbing. But overall this hotel is marvellous.

A-three-star hotel just worth the star. The room is quite clean but the AC is very noisy. When we entered the room, the smell was unpleasant. The bathroom needs more attention from the management. However, the frontdesk was helpful enough because the door couldn't be opened. I hope this hotel will make a great improvement in the future.

Bad experience. The AC didn't work, also with the hot water. My dad asked for a room change, and the new room was better. But the worst thing was....I found a dead FLY, in my breakfast. Luckily, the staff were friendly and responsive to our complain.

I was there for 2 night, at the 1st day we checked in, they didnt change the pillow and its covers very smelly, we also got dirty bed covers. Hot water not came out, the wastafel stucked so we had to used a key to make it work...

Room is dirty. Food not hygenic. 1 elevator servicing many level. Only plus point is the friendly n helpful.
