I was shocked with lots of negative reviews about the service and queue. Since it was my first visit here, I decided to lower my expectations. However, it's turned out that their costumer service is really good, the registration staff and the nurse are really kind and polite. Dr. Bambang is so wise and respectful, thanks God I was sent here for checking up my VES problem.

Note: For BPJS holder make sure you have a copy of your BPJS Card and Referral Letter before registering. (There's also a photo copy machine in the security room, but they will charge you Rp500/pcs)

There is one VIP inpatient room at 2nd floor that is very scary u0026 spooky. this experience may only happen to those who have the gift of seeing spirits, I hope you don't experience it....

I got goosebumps when I entered the front door to the VIP room to pick up my friend who was hospitalized, it was march 31 at 8 pm. I was in shock and almost couldn't believe I was experiencing this.
I saw something scary..right in the corner of the room. ( sorry can not tell you the detail of it but it was very clear ) hope it doesn't happen to all of you. sorry i have to say this.

Booster Vaccine for Lansia.
You just need to go there and bring your paperwork to get slot. It's quite easy from what I saw today. For more detail info you could ask the information centere near parking lot or read on "dinas kesehatan" webside.

Helpful, informative workers...Good services. I hope it's not because on accreditation achieving reason only, but will be daily services... That's why I give 3 stars only for now... I'm waiting for any further inputs to add more stars...

the emergency service is very late plus with hours of administration .. then the hospital told to go to a bigger hospital because of limited medical tools.. which is very very late that they tell not from earlier
