Good place to build your body, not really expensive. Only 190k IDR you get 1 month service included complete tools, there are treadmill, cycling, sauna, shower and also trainer for free or intensive. You must pay the trainer if you want to get an intensive exercise. But it is not big space, especially at 4-7 PM there will be so many people coming. I suggest to come at morning 7-9 AM or 7-9 PM.

Small excercise place but lots tool to body, i choose a personal training for straight back my backbone problem and it quite work well. Good services
