Appropriate price considering the location. Standard room I was in was on the 4th floor, the top of the said building. But there is no water heater. The room included a bed, two tables, two mirrors, an old tv. They prepared two bottles of water and only two soaps (there's no other toiletries, so be prepared). The motorcycle park inside the building, and for car is outside. But then, the merit I gained on the 4th floor was having the view of Merapi. There's a little garden for refreshen your eyes. The receptionist is really kind and reliable.
Also, there were tea and coffee in the morning. I didn't take breakfast package but another review said they got in form of boxed breakfast.
Tempo Gelato Prawirotaman branch is located right on the right side of this hotel. There's a minimarket few hundreds meter away.
The minus part was that my bed pretty cranky so every moves let out squeaky sounds. Well, considering the building itself I guess pretty old so does the furniture.
