Great central location, and while small the rooms were more than good enough.
My only issue is the light above the curtains in my room, that makes it hard to sleep until about 1am when the light goes out.

There's a copy of the Quran and a indicator for the direction to pray to on the roof if that's a part of your needs.

Staff were friendly, accommodating and attentive.
For the price it's hard to beat given the location.

Rooms are pretty good and clean, though there's no safe or fridge to keep anything cool.
There's a light that runs along the top of the curtain rail that turns on in the evening and turns off at around midnight or 1am. You can't control that light yourself which is quite annoying so bring a sleeping mask.
Also, the AC seems to turn off at some point in the night which meant my partner and I ended up waking up at odd hours in the morning too warm and had to turn the AC on again. Not sure if it was because of a preset sleep mode that I just wasn't able to figure out on the remote.
It's right next to the main train station so it's still quite noisy at night but not too bad.
Staff themselves are very friendly though and it's good value for money if you're travelling on a budget.

A very cozy place located in a strategic place near malioboro street and tugu station. The service is very nice, although the breakfast isn't quite good since it only has a small amount of menu in my opinion. But overall it's a good place to stay and would recommend everyone to stay there.

Great hotel, amazing staff and the rooms are good but you pay for what you get. Little things like toothpaste aren't given, bars of soap at the sink, etc.

I did order the food and it was mediocre so that's why it loses 1 star.. otherwise the hotel is great for what you pay.

My review of this hotel come to the neutral side as it is hard to justify this hotel that bring Muslim concept to other hotel around with more neutral and international ground. The type of the hotel surely effect what you can get inside the room as surely get the the direction for your praying completed with "Sajadah and Al quran" are already prepared by the hotel in the room. And that will be very useful for those who are looking the items in their staying. Unfortunately, for the price that is equal with other hotels around, we are not even get the movies channel in the room as only local TVs and some Muslim basic-channel. For me who usually went outside the hotel all day and ready to finish the day by lying down and watch movie..this no-movie channel is really disappointing. IN other hand, though in the review on the booking sites mentioned that the room is big, somehow It feel cramped/small..even the chair already touch the bed without we can even move backward any further. The lobby itself is also small that first time I came here I keep looking where was the lobby. The only room downstair that i though ticket u0026 travel office was in fact the lobby. I always believe the loby is the face of the hotel..and it doesn't represent the hotel at all. YET, this hotel just perfect for those travelling by train as in front of this hotel is Tugu Train Station...you basically just walk few meters. And, not far from thsi hotel, in walking distance, you will find the most famous street at Yogyakarta; Malioboro Street. So, you can go out from your hotel anytime and enjoy the night...it is safe and the street also still has plenty of people enjoy the night until midnight.

This is a syariah hotel and the location is in front of tugu station and near to Malioboro street. The room and bed are very comfort although the size isnt big. Unfortunately the lighting in the bathroom is bad, and makes dark inside. The parking area is too small, around 10-15 cars only.

Came here during Ramadan, they still providing a complete breakfast in room. Unisi Hotel became my favorite 'pit-stop' in Jogja not only because it's location across the station, but also because it's convenience
