Soft pillows and clean bathroom. The staff is friendly and patient. We've seen an incident when we were about to check in, there were gentlemen who were angry (even though I think it was the father who was at fault), but the Neo hotel staff looked elegant and professional in handling these gentlemen. It's good anyway. Only the TV channels are few. Sometimes you hear the sound of a train passing by, but that's okay. Overall, the service at this hotel is quite satisfactory. Have a nice staycation!

Decent hotel at perfect location.

Arrived at 04 AM by train, only 5 minutes walking distance to the Neo hotel ????

And the lobby is clean and spacious, the staff are friendly, the room is clean and no smoke odor. Implement no plastic bottle policy, so they provide water dispenser in the hallway.

Breakfast are various and tasty. But since malioboro and other tasty yogya food are only 5-10 minutes walking time.. time to hunt the yogya culinary ????????

Strategic hotel, we just need walking to Tugu Station and Malioboro street. This hotel really good in service, they are serving a good taste of breakfast. Their room also comfortable for sleep and clean.

The best hotel with affordable cost to enjoy Malioboro Yogyakarta. 3 minutes walk from Tugu Train Station. 2 minutes walk from 0km Malioboro. A lot minimarket surroundings. Bus station shelter available. Exactly located opposite of Selasar Malioboro shops. “Becak” u0026 “Andong” easily reachable; don’t forget to negotiate though. The pool is clean u0026 enough for kids to enjoy, the breakfast is nice. The staff are responsive to give direction for car park and the room are clean. Worthed u0026 enjoyable.

Very recommended because of the location of the hotel which is very strategic near the train station and malioboro street. The service is also very good and friendly, as well as complete facilities. Breakfast is also very interesting because of the many menu options.
