????Great location, just a short walk to the train station and main street. Friendly, helpful and smiling staff. Terrace for relaxing.
????????Shower has no hot water. Towels are a bit smelly. I had to watch worms crawling on the tiles while taking a shower.
????No outside light so it is dark in the morning.

Cozy place near station, the location is very strategic. You have to walk your bike through alley. The room is clean. Near there are masjid 80 m to south. The bed are clean but they didn't offer blanket. The room and bathroom are clean. No ac only fan.

We booked the room based on the great reviews but were surprised by the poor quality of the room. There was no window and even though everything was clean, the room and especially the bathroom were smelly and the towels stained. We both did not sleep well in the bed. The location itself is very central and was great - walking distance to the train station and Marlioboro. We asked the receptionist for some information about Prambanan and Borobodur but she didn't seem to know much about the temples. The next time we're in Yogyakarta we would stay elsewhere.

Great location. Only 3 minutes walk from train station, 10 minutes walk to Malioboro street. The room is clean and comfortable.
The smoking area is just outside the room in the cafeteria.

I had a great experience stayed here for 2 days, the staff was really friendly. The hotel was strategic, it could be reached within walking distance from Tugu train stations and malioboro street. The room was also nice, neat, and clean. So it was a pleasant experience. I would love to come here again when I had a chance to visit Jogja.

Very strategic small hotel/inn. There are 8 rooms, some use ac and use a fan, the bathroom is inside and clean, the hotel smells similar like di desa :) , the price is very cheap, I'm staying in 2021 at a price of less than IDR 150,000. Close to everywhere and can walk. Near Yogyakarta station, close to Malioboro, approximately 200 m from the pedestrian exit, close to tourist centers. Going around Yogya is also very easy, because there are many car and motorbike rentals. And you can get around Yogya using Transyogya as well via the Malioboro bus stop. Many local food around the inn like gudeg and nasi kucing.

The owner is Ameer from Swiss. He is very nice and kind. Have no parking area for car, motorcycle only. This hotel is near Tugu Yogyakarta Railway Station. Affordable. You will find clean bedroom and bathroom here. Satisfied guarantee!
