Peaceful place , and decor. Amazing comparing to the price. Room is spacious, big bed and hot water in shower. Second floor has nice balcony. You have dinning place in this hotel beautiful one plus a garden. Near by malioboro street.

Good location, friendly staff, clean and tidy. Worth the price.
The room was big and spacious. I like the environment and ambience, really cozy and feels like home. The staff prepare nasi gudeg for breakfast for us, because that day we are the only guest.
And don't forget so many street food vendors in that area.

I really enjoying my trip with my Japanese friend back then, The room is clean and comfie, the water also ready in warm and cold ones, And the most interesting is the staffs are friendly talk to me whenever they seen me, even one of them deliver the meals to my room!!! :) thank you so much for everything god bless xxx

Vintage building and furnitures arranged in modern style. the room was spacious and clean, modern bathroom and extra space behind the room, excellent for smokers.
Good services in a great value budget.
Unfortunately they don't have restaurant to serve food order (after breakfast). You'll have to go out to look for some food incase you're hungry in the evening.

Very comfort, nice clean and neat hotel. Located in central town with easy access and have good culinary spot, in the morning we can find chicken noodle next to hotel and in the nite there a famous beef fried rice. Enjoyable place.
