Nice for the price. The wall kinda thin. Hear the housekeeping call from the neighbors early morning. Also from the mosque.
Ac 16c feeling like 24c. Need a long time before start to cool down.
Need to check out at 12pm.
As usual from fave hotel, there's no free wattle bottle. But you get a glass jug, and there's a water dispenser in the hallway.
Extra charge for everything such as toothbrush need 10k.

I was informed the house keeping and reception officer to clean the room no. 318, been staying from 21 to 24 July 2022 but not even once they clean up the room and request a taxi for our regional colleague to the reception officer to go to the airport at 5 am but the reception mixed up the booking with double booking and the taxi showed up at 5:25 am, the hotel staff needs to be trained how to be more professional.

Very good value hotel. Bit far from Malioboro but its ok

Wow, what an unforgettable experience that I have in favehotel Malioboro Yogyakarta.

The staffs that I met are truly helpful and friendly. They're amazing.

This hotel is really beautiful. Even though it was my first time I came here, I felt amazed.

The room is wonderful and comfortable. I am very happy to be here.

Everyone can come here easily because favehotel Malioboro Yogyakarta is located nearby the main street.

The parking lot is very wide too.

Thank you so much favehotel Malioboro Yogyakarta. I wish I could come here again on another opportunity.

It was a short visit for a chiropractic treatment at the hotel. Other than that, we didn't use any of the facility the hotel offers. Understandably, after a long weekend, we saw very few guests coming or going.

The hotel is just 1km from Jl. Malioboro street, the famous tourist destination for international and local tourists. They offer free shuttle bus to Jl. Malioboro for hotel guests. There is a nice mosque close by where my husband and son went for Friday prayer.
The parking area is spacious enough.
For a budget hotel, it’s well-maintained and managed. The staff are friendly with typical Central Javanese courtesy.
We booked 2 rooms with connecting doors. Rooms and bathroom are clean.
Health and safety protocols were well implemented.
In the evening, there are many food stalls (angkringan) open along the street/sidewalks starting right in front of the hotel until end of the main street. I assume they are open until past midnight. I saw many young people had dinner, chatted, or just hang out with their friends on the sidewalks, with no chairs or tables. Just simple mats, or even plastic tarpaulin (terpal plastik).
Breakfast were nice. Due to the pandemic, we didn’t take our food ourselves from the buffet. The staff served us with whatever we chose on the menu.
We also ordered foods from room service. Standard price for standard taste. But worth it as we were too tired to go out. You can order foods from GoFood app, if you want. McD is just around the corner, just in case your kids want familiar food.
Overall, we were satisfied with the hotel. Recommended ????????
