We stayed for 2night here. Highly recommended for people who willing to stay close to The Royal Palace of Yogyakarta area. For couple, family with kids or even gathering, all thumbs up. Really satisfied. We can enjoy, relax and sleep really good. Really feel like "home sweet home". The owner was really helpful, friendly, and makes everything easier for us.
Would love to comeback again someday in future.

Definitely would not recommend the standard rooms. I think most of these 5 star reviews are fake. The room was quite old with yellowed lighting, rotting door siding, and dusty curtains/windows; the mattress sunk. The bathrooms reeked of mothballs and had no hot water. Also there are definitely mice/rats in the ceilings even in the mornings. The service was not very attentive though they are sometimes around and willing if you ask for the help. They seemed more busy w/ going about their own daily lives. The kitchenette was piled with dirty dishes and unusable. The TV channels take a few seconds to change each. The private suites looked nicer but still a stones throw away from where I saw mice. It is in a quiet neighborhood with nothing much (commercial) around which was fine. The only other plus I would say is the soto (chicken soup) for breakfast was quite tasty.

This is my 2nd time i stay the night here. I booked a house with 4 bedrooms inside. The amenities are great, there are stove and fridge, wide LCD TV with many channel to surf, and so on. The homestay located inside Keraton area so the place is not too crowdy, and you can visit Alun-Alun Kidul only by walking. The owner and staff are very kind and helpful. Recommended for those who prefer cozy homestay inside city.

Fun fact : Homestay ini pernah menjadi lokasi syuting film berjudul Turis Romantis ????

Amazing place to stay.
If you're looking for a place to stay in the center of the city yet still on budget this is the place. It has cozy and very peaceful atmosphere.

Very warm welcome, nice place. The staff very friendly and helpful. They provide us very detail information on certain places. The room very clean and spacious. Worth it.

Today, I and my brother were having great fun, indeed! We cycled till Alun-Alun and had another hospitality in Griya Langen!
