This will be one of my recommend place to eat. The queue may take some time. But the dishes are not dissappointing. Overall good. And the portions are also enough for me. Ahh and one more last important thing is, the employees are so kind and the services are good.

Always a good place to eat a taste of homemade foods with a very fair price! The foods are tasty, very affordable, and you can add rice as many as you like, so for sure you can have a very bigggg meal here.

Be aware that this series restaurant is famous for spicy foods, so don’t order them if you are not capable of it. Also, there is no AC here, and smoking dining area is just right to it without wall or other block.

Great place, very local food and super affordable price. One of the best in Yogyakarta!
On weekends can be very busy.

Wueeenak, a good rather modest place, polite and simple waiter/ress, yet rssponsive, and none left to write, except great food and sambal, puoollll.
All orders are served in small traditional plates with banana leaves base. Well prepared.
Price is overwhelmingly low with good food quality.
Overall, a must visit to dine in, day or night.

Loved this place! So many sambals to choose from (see attached fotos), almost too many haha... lots of fried chicken and fish dishes to eat your sambal with, and tasty juices to blush your mouth afterwarfds. My personal favourite was the sambal teri: a simple sambal base mixed fried small anchovies (ikan teri). Will definately be back here when visiting jogja again :)

Nice real Indonesian food. I asked to fry my raw vegetables. But she, and i must say she has a point, you dont fry vegetables ordered raw as they are meant to eaten raw.....

Almost a perfect experience. Most of the food tastes awesome. I had chicken skin, jackfruit juice, fried mushrooms, and some others. The downside was that the fried squid we ordered didn't taste fresh, almost stale imo. The place is also a bit cramped.

Other than that, it was nice experience. And they gave us half a kilo worth of fresh chili because we spent more than 100k. What a nice surprise.
