Day trans provided a good bus service. I went to Semarang. It seems like a very clean, busy and modern city. The street food was excellent, as were the restaurants. To capture the foreign market, i thought more of the menus could hsve been in English.

It's an okay place. The waiting room have separate AC and smoking section. Service is so so, but considering the price they are offering, it's fine. They also provide same delivery service to the nearby cities such as Salatiga or Semarang. The recipient must puck up the goods in the Day Trans pool in their city.

I have traveled from Jepara to Jogjakarta on 3 July 2022 with the shuttle bus at 17. My experience was dreadful to say the least. There was no concern about the safety and comfortable feeling od the passenger at all, the driver was beyond the speed limit all the time, even when crossing crowded areas, speeding up and attached to the back of other vehicles, no respect of safety distance. He was rude and swearing, always beeping the clacson. I hope the company can handle the case and set up a protocol for the sake of the passengers. Safety belts are not working. This is a paid service and in badly need of an upgrade.

The place is easy to find and has lots of facilities such as toilet, musholla, charging stations, snack bar. The staff are friendly. Their services are good. The shuttle bus is clean and looks new. The driver is good. The booking system is also easy. Price is also good. The room is a bit hot though because there is no air con, just a fan. But the room is spacious.

Selfish drivers think their only responsibility is driving.

It is not.

Drivers not trained to talk politely to passengers.

Rough driving the bus.

Today is my 31 trip with Daytrans.

Today is my worst experience.

Driver Supervision is lacking.

No concept of what good customer service means.

Driver gets Out of bus 15 minutes in Solo at IndoMaret,

Smoking unscheduled stop.

Driver does not communicate with ANY passenger .

why?

Rough driving of Machine.

Not so skilled Driver.
Over confident.
Impatient driving.
Always beeping horn .

Not comfortable trip.

There are other Shuttles choices .
Check them.

professional business, the reception and driver very helpful, the office and bus are clean. I feel very safe.

One of my favourite shuttle transportation, they have professional driver and fluently know short cut roads from the shuttle in your town to another town.

That day.. i was up in 02:15 AM and get ready to daytrans leaving to semarang town, suddenly the office said to the driver (bro.. you have to switch the main road to another, because they have reconstruction the street, so the short cut used the hills road.

No traffic indeed, estimated we arrived in semarang arround 4 hour.. but after i saw the driver take the wheel, i guess will take 3 hour to my destination.

Good service, good driver, hope they have good facilities and payment for all employees..
