What an amazing place in Jakarta ????
From the second we stepped in, the staff was helping us in any way they could. Great guys. The first night I arrived, one of the staff members drove me on motorbike to where my friends were eating so I didn't get lost. We were 11 people staying here, and they made us feel at home. Very clean and nice. Games, cards and books are available as well. Would definetely recommend this place, and if I ever come back to Jakarta I will only stay here. 10/10

The worst experience stay at Hostel i ever had. I don't know why this hotel have a many 5 star review.
First, slow check in process, been most 30 minutes to get my bed,. Since there is 9.30PM and no other customer.
Second, the building and Interior was okay, but not well maintain. Smell to second floor is disquisting.
Third, my bed lot of BED BUGS, and this is make me cannot sleeping well. It is very terrible. Yes really not accepted.
Fourth, the toilet is not clean enough, water heater didn't Work.

I will not recommend this.

Close to the train and bus station. The beds are comfy and spacious, with lots of room for your stuff. WiFi is nice as well and available for free throughout the whole building. The staff is friendly and very helpful. Breakfast is for free, but one has to buy the milk extra (only the cereal is free) - there is plenty of other food though (like toast, jam and peanut butter).
They charge you a deposit of 100k per person upon check-in, which you should consider. For us it cost more than the night itself. Furthermore, they have a PS3 and plenty of board games and books. So, you won't get bored. Bathroom and toilets are clean compared to what I've seen before, but could use a tiny bit of improvement. They also sell snacks there, in case you get hungry in the middle of the night. Recommended for a quick stopover.

The hostel is unique because the bed is like a dormitory but for comfort and privacy stay awake anyway. If you stay here, do not forget to prepare 200 IDR for deposit or leave ID card, later fitting check out taken again.

The size of the bed is small but enough. kitchen is near the bad so you can cook noodles and also make tea or coffee every day. The bathroom is clean. The breakfast is also delicious, provided bread with a variety of jams.

It was one of the best stays we had in Indonesia. The location is in Kota Tua which is the old town, basically the general area surrounding area is Chinatown. We loved the staff as they were nice and helpful. They actually took us out those few evenings and showed us what was good in the evening. Far from Mellys; close to the jakarta museum of history. About an hour walk from the national monument and the Mosque. Food is good in the area, the staff can assit you in ordering food for late nights. THEY HAVE BEER for sale at 22,000IDR a small bottle, you WILL NOT find any in the stores, you need to find a market in the area if you really want to buy your own. Give our best to Gloria and friends when you see them, dont be afraid to mingle with locals in Old Town, ALWAYS ASK "how much" when you are in a random situation in a tourist area and someone starts telling you about history and what not.

Super friendly staff, nice rooms, clean, cheap, got lockers. Laundry for different prices (depends on bag size). Staff is helpful if u have questions about planning your trip, to organize some staff in the city etc. I'd come again ????Also close to old town and Chinatown, for city center you have to get a bus or taxi.

Definitely a place to stay over when you visit Jakarta for a short time with limiting budget! They offer a nice comfy bunk bed and breakfast for free.

Well the breakfast is certainly not that decent and fancy, but enough to fulfill the energy you need to start the day!
