Hotel with good location in the center of Jakarta near Chinatown. Room was nice and clean, comfortable bed good amenities and has a good Breakfast selection. Service at breakfast could be more attentive and attention to detail. The rest was good. Thank you????????

Such a great value, clean room, nice linens, good shower, nice high variety breakfast. This place is managed very well. Staff obviously happy and helpful. Adit in particular was very kind to my mother in law. Recommended ????

Spacious parking space. Quick check-in process, no needed cash deposit when online booked. The Room was clean, neat and tidy with good wifi and view. TV size needed to upgrade for best experiences. Breakfast was good with many variants of food and beverage. Thank you for your services.

This may not be a 5star quality decor hotel, but the service was beyond 5 star! Special thanks to Adit at breakfast for always making sure everything is great, and even went the extra mile to help us meet our need. Thank you for the lemon and honey slices, they help tremendously :)

My family came to visit and wanted to try staying at Santika, I am very glad they did because it is now the"Indonesian home" just like the video says (when you enter the room, that's the automatic video that plays on the TV).

For a cozy hotel, they have a very wide range of breakfast, Chinese, Indonesian, Western, Japanese, the list goes on and on. Their Kwetiau is one of my family's favorite, it's actually one of the best one here in Jakarta no cap. The swimming pool and gym iss always so clean and pristine, it's so much fun to be able to wash off the summer heat in the pool.

Everyone in the team greets you very kindly with their warm smile whenever you see them, and the service is so fast and professional.

Breakfast was good! Their nasi liwet is awesome. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. The only thing can be improved is the aircon. It's quite hot. My baby sweat :( already feedback, the aircon guy come and said it's 14 degree, ask us to wait only

Tonight me and my family had dinner at Kicir Kicir - Santika Premiere Hayam Wuruk. Honestly, I'm impressive with a good ambiance.
We took a la Carter menu with a very extraordinary taste. Excellent and attentive service by Khoni.
I was approached by Manager - Mr. Evan, he was explaining to me about the best place and recommend on Jakarta area. For all the things here so far we love it.
