it's a shame it's so quiet at Paragon now. There is a Grand Lucky supermarket, Ace Hardware, Cinema XXI and restaurants but there are hardly anyone coming in. They really NEED to refurbish the elevators. It's super slow, makes funny noises. It is so scary riding in those. otherwise 5 stars

Good and friendly staff. They always greet you everytime you meet or walk past them. The room and bathroom was very clean. My only complaint is there are no toothbrush and toothpaste in the bathroom, and no hair dryer. Other than that, everything is excellent. Recommended 3-star hotel

This place is okay. They have ace hardware supermarket, and restaurants. But too bad most of the shops are closed. If the shops are open this place will be awesome. The cinema xxi is very nice and clean. It's like you are going to a diiferent place, lol. They have children arcade at the basement floor. The price is cheap but not updated

The staff were very friendly and pleasant. We were greeted all the time u0026 the staff were always willing to respond to all reasonable requests promptly. The staff is your hotel's best feature.
The breakfast spread was too minimal. Your strict check-out policy would need to be reviewed; we asked for 1pm check-out but was repeatedly denied. We were given only half an hour grace. There was no complimentary drinking/mineral water in the room.

The lobby look nice, but they didn't serve guests with welcome drink. I visited for survey only, I didn't stay there. For room showing overall room look well maintained. Decoration for the lobby, aisles and room dominated with Thailand classic style. I found out all elephants decorations.
