The worst hotel I had ever stay. Bathroom shower old with a bathtub and water running not knowing where to go. Toilet are dirty. Also check in at 3 pm really late. Internet are the worst ever too. Keep cutting off. And this place wasn’t cheap for this kind of money I spent. I was going to swim but seeing the pools are so dirty I rather not. This hotel turn me off completely.

I had one bed room apartment. It was a big room with fridge and freezer. I ordered one king bed, and i got two single beds put together. Awful. They only provide one shampoo and one shower gel in the bathroom. The shower was broken. The towels are worn and need to be replaced. And the bathroom a litlle bit smelly.

The reseptionist didn't informative. They didn't ask if i brought a car. Actually you can park for free here. But the receptionist didn't ask, and i have no idea and realize it during my way out, so i have to pay the parking fee.

Overall, it's an old hotel, with minimum service, and need renovation. If you have another choice, just go for it. The plus is, it have a fridge and cutlery. No stove or microwave. But if you come with big family, it's spacious enough. But that's it!

The worst hotel i had ever stayed!
Dirty Rooms, broken shower, smells really awful, no towels till 3hr before check out!!, Can't even change the room.. i already complain to receptionist but really bad service! Ignore when I asked bout WiFi! The room is already pricey for this kind of quality. Don't want ever to go back here again even they'll pay me.

Old hotel with very minimum lighting.. directly check out 30minutes after I’ve checked in..
Not recommended and will not come back for sure..

Booked a room for two nights, we got the 9th floor so its quite ok, it was renovated 5 years ago. And then we extend our stay and booked the larger room (family suite) , it was the worst room ever, previous room has microwave, but family suite has no microwave, got old refrigerator (rusty and dirty) , the drain in the shower was clogged, the tap head was broken, the tiles were so old, AC was hot, very very dusty. The cheaper room was better than the family suite. And the service was very poor, we complained why the room was different from the photo on the internet and they replied “ its just for commercial use” . If we ask for something (spoon, kinfe) we must go down to the receptionist and get it bu ourself. And many more bad experience. Please fix your hospitality, it didnt feel like 4 stars hotel.

When checked in, the receptionist did not info how to conncect Wi-Fi and did not offer free park, at least he can ask if the customer bring his own car or not. I have to find out myself and it's too late because I was charged when I knew I can have free pass for the car park.

At the room in the phone label it doesn't written how to call the operator, so I just try common sense by press 0 and fortunately it worked. I called operator to ask how to conncect the Wi-Fi.

This hotel didn't offer breakfast either free or charged since pandemic.

In the bathroom it's only served with one shampoo and one soap gel, so I have to use the same soap for washing hands and take a bath.

Overall other services are good it's worth remembering the price is not to high.

If you are returned customer I think the situation will be different because you already know everything and doesn't need to ask anything.
