Booked a room for two nights, we got the 9th floor so its quite ok, it was renovated 5 years ago. And then we extend our stay and booked the larger room (family suite) , it was the worst room ever, previous room has microwave, but family suite has no microwave, got old refrigerator (rusty and dirty) , the drain in the shower was clogged, the tap head was broken, the tiles were so old, AC was hot, very very dusty. The cheaper room was better than the family suite. And the service was very poor, we complained why the room was different from the photo on the internet and they replied “ its just for commercial use” . If we ask for something (spoon, kinfe) we must go down to the receptionist and get it bu ourself. And many more bad experience. Please fix your hospitality, it didnt feel like 4 stars hotel.
