Excited because a healthy restaurant opened at neo soho. We ordered salmon pasta and geprek fit.

Salmon pasta was served with salmon, fusilli, mushroom, edamame, egg, pesto sauce, and seaweed powder. It was a great combination. The salmon was nice and soft. Pesto sauce was really good and seaweed powder was a nice topping!

Geprek fit was served with orek tempe, chicken, egg, kangkung, cauli rice, sambel, and kremesan. It was a nice one too, knowing that geprek menus were mostly quite unhealthy. However the orek tempe was quite hard to chew. Can be improved more.

Overall it’s really worth to try for healthy food choice, with reasonable price.

Try their new curry chicken and love it !
It's turn out pretty good than i thought cause i seldom eat healthy food.
I especially love their rice, it's really make me feel full even though when you look at the portion at first you would thought that it was too little ~

You can found them at Neo Soho Food court, the ambiance was really good and super clean. Do come earlier than lunch hour cause there's always a crowd of office workers !

You can also take some instagram picture, they provide a pretty backdrop too!

Trying to eat healthy by eating clean food of Klean Bowl, and trying their outlet in Neo Soho Mall, located in Open Kitchen, 3A Floor. I tried one of their newest menu which is Klean-Curry (you can choose meat topping between beef or chicken and I choose Beef Klean-Curry. This menu consist of beef (126 calories), chili powder (8 calories), homemade curry (30 calories), onsen egg (70 calories), brown rice (89 calories), tofu (28 calories) and because the roasted carrots (15 calories) is not available, they change it to stir fried broccoli. Total calories 366 calories with composition of 29,4 carbs; 30,1 proteins; 14,2 fats. Overall for clean food, Klean Bowl serves pretty nice curry sauce, so while eating it you don't remember about eating clean food, but your regular curry rice. I can recommend this dish to people that more concern about their health and want to change their diets to healthy food. Happy trying fellas!

When I came the long beans were gone, so they were replaced by broccoli.
The fat rice is delicious, fragrant and savory, the flavor of the shiratakinya is still tasted, but it's already lost with the aroma of the rice with the fat.
The stir-fried tempeh is also delicious, the soy sauce seasoning is soaking up. The yellow chicken looks not so tempting, but in terms of taste for the size of healthy food it's delicious! The anchovies are a bit tough in my opinion, it's really a shame. This shouldn't need to be separated, so don't waste plastic.
The highlight here is rendang curry sauce. The texture is liquid and still tastes spices. For it feels somehow right when it's really tasty and the aroma of the curry is also pretty good. Make people like healthy food if this is the way lol.
Overall, I like this Klean Bowl and will definitely come back for another try.

Gue pilih take away dan packaging nya ternyata pake box karton gitu loh bukan plastik. Nice! Cuma emang untuk kondimen lain yang basah kayak rendang curry sauce nya itu masih pake plastik. Tapi tenang! Bisa dipake ulang kok yay!
Jadi di Nasi Peranakan nya ini ada Shirataki Nasi Lemak, Oseng Tempeh, Ayam Kuning, Garlic Long Beans, Sunny Side Up dan Teri Kacang.
Pas gue datang long beans nya lagi abis jadi diganti brokoli.
Nasi lemaknya enak, wangi dan gurih, rasa shiratakinya masih terasa sih tapi udah kalah sama wangi bumbu nasi lemaknya.
Oseng tempehnya juga enak, bumbu kecapnya meresap. Ayam kuningnya looks not so tempting tapi dari segi rasa untuk ukuran makanan sehat ini enak lohh! Ayamnya itu lembuttt banget. Padahal dari luar penampilannya kayak kering gitu. Bumbunya juga meresap sempurna. Luv!
Teri kacangnya agak alot menurut gue, sayang banget sih. Ini seharusnya gak perlu dipisah, jadi gak buang-buang plastik.
Yang jadi highlight disini tuh rendang curry sauce nya ya endul. Teksturnya cair gitu sih dan masih kerasa rempah-rempahnya. Untuk rasanya somehow pas banget gurih dan wangi karinya juga lumayan terasa. Bikin orang jadi suka makanan sehat nih kalo gini caranya lol.
Overall, gue suka sama Klean Bowl ini dan pasti bakal balik lagi buat cobain yang lain.
