The place is comfortable, serving time is okay.
We tried the fried rice with chicken something (?), the taste was kind of bland, chicken fillet was very thin. Chicken popcorn was tiny for price.

Trying Pappa Jack in Neo Soho. Locate in floor 3A, a top floor in Neo Soho but for the one who use car park, this resto is easily visible on your way down.

Trying Chicken Chop in Curry instead of usual one (marmalite sauce) , good and cheaper. Rice itself is already tasty + nice juicy chicken with cruchy skin. Really recommended item

Do not recommend their hainan chicken rice, so small and full of bone

Quick service and isn't crowded at that time

Staff is very responsive. They respond to every guest's queries very fast. They are very polite too in fulfilling every guest's needs. The waiters and waitresses are very polite and kind. Even the manager handles customer's enquiries very polite and humble. Food is great too. Taste of the food is authentic. Price is affordable considering it is located in one of the most prime mall in Jakarta.
The seat and table is also comfortable. It is very good for business talk over the meals. Recommended cafe and restaurant.

I was craving for Nasi Lemak and just got it here. The taste was delicious, tasted like the one I used to eat in KL. The sambal, I like it very much. The staff is friendly and the place is convenient. The price is quite reasonable, just little bit too high for a plate of Nasi Lemak. Overall I enjoyed eating here.

Not too bad Malay-Peranakan restaurant, but definitely not the best in the mall and area. It's affordable and has a spacious comfortable quarter. But food-wise, it's not that outstanding that will attract you to return. The curry I had was a little bland and the chicken cuts are quite thick and not too soft. The meal was saved by the tofu, which oddly was the best part of it.

We ordered 4 dishes and all tasted so bad. Decided to come here because we had a good experience at Papajack Pluit. But here at Neo, it is really bad. Please improve the food taste.

i forgot to take picture of the food, but to my suprise the Nasi Lemak ayam goreng is good. the drinks on the other hand is so-so
