All around great hospital. Everything is top notch.
Ticketing and queue is efficient and everything is computerized. Very minimal in-person contact. Relatively short queue.
The administration team, from cashier, inpatient, outpatient, lab, pharmacy are always ready to help, and they provide correct and relevant information. Their contact numbers are always available.
The doctors and nurses are attentive, caring, and they managed to help my health condition. Being proactive in following up my treatment and understanding my condition helps the process too.
I stayed for a week, it's super clean everywhere. Their corridor area is quiet, they limit visitors, which makes the stay even more comfortable. Plus, the food was pretty good, I was enjoying all the menu.
I've experienced their service with and without BPJS. Both are equally excellent. They provide different sections and queue for BPJS and non BPJS to help administrative process. But there was no difference in terms of the care, treatment and service given.
