Lobby ambience was good
The room wasn’t so big, the bathroom need to fix it. U can still hear footstep from outdoor. The wifi isn’t working well ????????

I use its meeting room. Overall good but should have been better for its food serving, sound system, and air conditioner. Does not mean it is bad, it is good but not good enough to say it 's great.

Anyway pool and jacuzzi are lovely, though not really large ones.

We stayed here for one night during the Java Island blackout. The room is clean and decently furnished. The building is equipped with lifts. Breakfast is adequate. All in all, it is a priceworthy place to stay.

Operating since 2015 as a business hotel, Lemo Hotel Serpong (it's like saying Lemon but without the "N") offers a lot for its occupants.

Location wise: easy to reach due to toll access of Gading Serpong, you recognize it right away as it is at the end of a main road.

Cost wise: afford- and reasonable.

Facilities: sufficient; restaurant, spa and massage, swimming pool and reliable WiFi connection.

Hospitality: at its best ;-) Helpful and friendly.

Room amenities: soap, shampoo, toothbrush and paste, shower cap, ear buds and towels are provided. TV, safe, AC and telephone are also available.

Lemo Hotel Serpong also provides good tasted food for breakfast.

What can be improved: sound proofing.

Nice place for short stay. Clean room, soft bed mattress, nice staffs, provide a little pool.
Breakfast was so so.. porridge was too watery.
Easy to find, close to convenience stores (Indomaret and Alfamart).
