The room is clean, unique and has nicely elegant decor, especially the big window, the toilet, and the bed. The breakfast is very very good, everything is ENAK, the place is chill, elegant and fun. And my most favorite thing in this hotel is the service. EXCELLENT

The room is spacious and comfortable I love the room. The location is superb, however, they need to improve the main course menu. Although the staff is very good and friendly, especially the banquet staff he is superb, I am disappointed with the meeting room. They gave us a very small meeting room, from my point of view the meeting room is not feasible to accommodate 15 people.

The interior is nice and comfortable. However, it would be perfect if can improve hygienic of towel. Sometimes feel like not clean, smelly and the towel is little bit old (not white, grey). Other thing is great.

Restaurant offers good selection of breakfast menu. Their fault buffet options are extensive with both local and western style menu. Discuss local menu changes everyday which is good as you get to experience different type of local food.

Hotel offers good service, friendly staff, accommodative to request, clean rooms, good amenities.

good hotel with clean room and good hospitality from the employee. the design is eco-friendly, most of the room are made of woods and almost no plastic bottle.

parking lot is not that big, you can go to nearest mall just by walking. wifi is good, you still can work online just fine at the hotel room.

the food are good but not the best, but from my experience, the fried rice is the best, just try it.

for business its good, but for family i think not, the area so small, maybe its still in development.

Tastefully designed rooms with cute touches such as the welcome illustrations on the door. I appreciate their environmental friendly efforts to reduce single use plastic. Lots of entertainment options for kids, including arcade machines, playground and pool (with robot animals and bouncy castle) and a free painting session on the weekend. Strategically located within walking distance to AEON Mall.

Very Unpleasant Stay

We booked this hotel 2 nights for leisure.

1. We only been informed that the pool is not working upon check in, which very disappointing. The staff informed us that in two days the pool is done meanwhile we’ll be checking out anyway, so it doesnt make any sense to say things like that when they knew i will check out in 2 days.

2. No covid protocol, the hotel has successfully provide sanitizer around the hotel and gloves at the breakfast area, but unfortunately, the staff didnt care enough to implement the rule across all of the hotel guests. we lost our appetites after seeing another guests using their hands to pick up food / condiments from the buffet area. I had to in-fact asked the staff to remind other guests but he didn’t take an immediate action while the other guests were still at the counter picking up food with no gloves. I gave them another chance the next day and still the staff didnt care at all.

3. we found an owl chained at the outside area, it didnt feel good to see the way they treated the animal, so we curiously asked on instagram if the owl belong to the hotel or perhaps they rescue an animal, however the answer was “ the animal is belong to one of the colleague that was on holiday so the hotel is taking care of it “, the owl clearly does not look very happy and comfortable. we just dont think it was a good show case idea when you clearly torturing the animal.

4. We had a delivery package from our friend, it was bunch dry dog treats delivered by gojek, the security took the phone and speak very rudely saying that he cant keep the food, we explained that it’s dry treats not for human but dogs, and he still insisted that they cant take it, which confuses me. I would understand if it was wet human food which can be contaminated but dry dog treats inside a sealed package? and I think they could speak to us better than this as this is a 4* hotels not a hostel.

5. We are a couple going on holiday, of course the best room they can give us is a room facing a construction, with a loud noise for such a light sleeper like me and next to the elevator. we didn't asked to be move and bother to even complain as the whole experience at this hotel is a disaster already. Not sure how you train your reservation team.

6. Location is great and convenient.

Please improve your standard and services, as you are carrying a big brand like Accor and Mercure. Your hotel rate isnt cheap, so act like u presenting a 4* hotel not a hostel please.
