Very good services at this hospital. The lobby was a little bit warm but the policlinic area was soo coold. This hospital also has canteen at the back. i'm just hoping they have bigger toilet because (in my opinion) it is too small...

The doctor is great, Dr. Abdul Wahid Indrajaya, but the pharmacists and cashier is lame.. took so long in taking care of the medicine, it took us almost 2 hours just to get the medicine . Even when we used insurance .And arrogant as well while we asked about the medicine ... too bad for the service is totally non excellent!!!!

Its a friendly hospital. But need some improvement, such as small parking lot. But overall, its pretty good, and very affordable.

Just ago tested my blood type here, but had to go to IGD first just bc i don't have the COVER LETTER then they allow me to go to lab (without warning about the IGD cost) LOL. I don't need to meet a doctor i just need to know my blood type OMG. I just got my blood pressure check in IGD before going to lab, then they asked me to come back after got my blood type result at lab just to meet the doctor but i just left it behind. Why would i have to pay and waste my time to things i don't need?? I think administration stuff is meant to make things easier not more complicated. Thanks anyways i got to know my Rp236.000 blood type and know your desire for money.

Good service!!! this is VIP class (1st floor, incl refrigarator, sofa, clean bathroom,etc) for my dad. every morning, i think the nurse and doc always praying for my dad, Maybe it is their routinity. Me and family, so satisfied!
But my advice, maybe u can add some lift for get the scnd floor or more. thanks
