Thank you Horison Ciledug, It was a pleasure for me to stay and experience amazing friendly staff and amazing service.

The room extremely clean, spacious and comfortable. Warm greetings from everyone working at the hotel made my day.

Staff friendly, good meeting room arrangement, simple but tasty food menu, wide area hotel. But the linen not clean smell not good, ????smokes gets in the non smoking room when cek in, bad idea for the ramadhan hampers syrup, tanggo can, cookies????

Was stay here for 10 days because my husband and mom in law got covid. So me and daughters stay here because we have negative result. Cannot believe that this hotel is soooooo goooood. Staffs are friendly, all food are ok and delicious. Just take 5 minutes from my house and will stay here again for sure. Great job horison ciledug ????????????

Its a wonderful experience stay in horison ciledug, we were really lucky to visit this hotel in weekend, there is a barbeque event during weekend and we charged only 70K IDR for all you can eat buffet, it have a good quality ingredients, meat, poultry, fish, sea food all is fresh and taste magnificent.
The staff hospitality is quite remarkable.
The pool not too big, but quite good for children.
But there was thing that i would like the hotel management to take care for, during the stay i'd experience with broken water pot heater, i had called the front office to replaced with good one, but unfortunately no one came to the room to replace it, thats quite a shame for a big and starred hotel like Horison Ciledug. I hope in the future no costumer experienced the same experience like us.
In spite of bad experience, I would recomend the people to stay here and try the weekend barbeque buffet, thats magnificent!

A good 3 stars hotel. Room is relatively large, clean, and comfortable. The staffs are friendly. The foods are not bad

Coming for iftar with family, i get good experience from this hotel. Especially for Pak Faldy thanks for excellent service you gave to our family in restaurant. Keep it up and big thanks from my family
