The only thing that's good about this hospital is its cleanliness. Almost all the doctors are never on time for their daily appointment with their patients, NEVER. If you are being put in on a schedule between 8 am to 11 am that means the doctor would likely come around 12 pm. Please fix your management in order to prevent full line!

if I could give zero star review, I would happily do so. I am completely amazed on how they treat their patients. the first time I came here was 3 years ago when my mum had her first stroke series. they did nothing to her on the ER, just tell her to wait for the ER's beds are all full. I didn't understand how they could do this to a person who had a stroke because from what I understand, it's a matter of life and death. I chose to move my mother to other hospital and they did everything they could, and recommended my mother to another hospital that has the equipment to do more. long story short, we recommended to go back to neuro doctor at Sari Asih, and guess what the doctor did nothing to, just gave her prescription for some medicines and continue to do so until a few months and my mum had her second stroke. that's when I made the decision to move my mum to better hospital and yes, she did gets better because one doctor care for her more. I hope this hospital would treat their patients more humanely, because we'll never know what would happen in the future if they continue to treat them like this.

The nurse and all the staff including the doctor are very helpfull and good in explaining things. They are warm in handling the patient

The staffs are very friendly. Nice service. They greet every time. Cleaning service works every minute to make sure everything is clean and safe. The design of stations is very ergonomic.
If there is a lack, it would be a charging station ????
