Nurses are helpful and friendly, well-educated. Staffs are friendly in general, doctors are qualified and good quality. Facilities are clean.
However the rooms were too small and had to share bathroom.

Good facilities, skilled doctors, helpful staff. My family and I have had appointments with 6 different doctors at least and all of them were always late. It's also would be much better to add queue number on display at the policlinics so patients have more clarity during waiting.

Their staff is okay.
They need more cashier staff to make things easier on the people who wants to pay.

Sometimes took me like hours just for waiting the payment to be done and also especially the medicine. I understand, i'm not the only one in line but there are other people also.

It will be better for them to make things more efficient and effective.

The hospital is comfortable, clean and smells good and the midwifery staff is very friendly and very helpful and agile

The Radiology room is good, there is a CT and MRI, both are sufficient for imaging of my body.

5 stars hospital dan hospitality. Nice welcoming staffs and professional. Their one stop service is very good and helpful.
