Grand Serpong Mall

I was here from 12-17 Jun 2018.The mall and the surrounding are poorly maintained. Most of the shops are empty or not tenanted due to poor business, I guess. I stayed in the Grand Serpong Apartment, and I was lucky to have the Indomaret open for me to purchase my groceries needs. For dining you need to travel about 5-10 minutes to the nearest mall like Mall Alam Sutra, Mall Summarecon or Mall Karawaci to get your meal cos overhead you are unable to get a decent meal with good taste.

Overall if you need a quiet place and do not want to travel a lot this place is OK.. But if you like the hustle bustle then look elsewhere. Pricing wise it is quite expensive for this quiet and poor maintained area. Personally I do not recommend this area.

It's getting emptier than before pandemic, the grass, trees, flowers starting to die, hopefully the pandemic will be gone soon, it just too quiet

This mall is struggling in the past five years or so. The building management have tried a lot of thing to pull the crowd back from their competitor within five kilometers radius. Some tennants that still around are Ny.Suharti, Surya University, A karaoke plus golf screen challange, and aviation school. Some company also benefiting from its low lease cost by opening their office inside this mall. This mall is resilient, they refuse to give up.

Poorly maintained basement parking, to begin with. Vast area of abandoned shopping arcade and definitely non functioned toilets.

Suitable for those who are looking for a mall that is rather quiet visitors and be an option if you are bored with the upper middle mall.
