the ads and the actual rooms are totally different, i won't recommend it

spacious room, old apartment building, a little bit dusty floor, dim lights, old interiors are ok with cheap price. Get a nice view from 29th floor. Ac and wifi not really working. Access cards goes error several times, door card and electricity was error either, we need to call the technician 2 times to fix the cards and error in the door handle. Please improve the cleanliness, card usage system, and wifi connection.

The WORST RESORT!!!! When Checked in the first day, me and my wife we found out, in the room there still lots of woman hairs, in the balcony facing the Toll Road, lots of Cigarette leftover. When I extend with a very bad situations because we were late checkouts for 2 hours, but then they forced us to pay for sum amount of 150k IDR, the funny thing is the price through Agoda only 175k IDR. So instead of pay the late check out fee, I rather extended. After extended We go out to find food and asking to clean up the room, And it is the first experienced in the Hotel business for 30 years, The room they maked up and also clean the bath room, but not even clean the floor, the table.... My goodness! U tried to contact the Hotel Manager, Mr. OOK, but within two days of my staying I could get to him, as if he was so busy meeting but the the Hotel Elvour Occupancy maybe only 3%. The worst ever experience in the Hotel. And fyi it is not hotel, only a cluster of people own apartment and rented as a hotel. Worst Hotel staying experienced ever.

We liked the location of the hotel. Is very easy to get public transport. I feel warm welcome since entering the hotel lobby through the comfort room as well as restaurant and all hotel area. Everything was kept spotlessly clean during my stay there. I stayed at great western hotel on december 30th.

I can see the genuine smile from all staff here which mean they are doing service with their heart. I was impressed with the way they handled the group and the care they took for the vegetarian diners. Their passion and look at all of our inquiries really the most reason that we will come back in the nearest meeting the month to come.

Booked via Traveloka. Had to wait for a while for the in-between person to come because the front desk couldn't help us with the check-in. We rented the one with one master bedroom and two single rooms, and the facilities were average. It's okay for a night. No WiFi in the rooms. The beds are poor though, not good for the back.

Its not a good hotel.. the room is very dirty looks like a room that never maintaoned properly.. lots of dust... the AC is not producing cold air... and smells very bad.. like theres been a million people smoking the room whole day for a year... the door entry is very hard to open.. terrible terrible hotel... Ive stayed in dozens of hotels cheaper than this hotel have a much much better room than this ... dont be fool with the nice pictures they've put on the website, coz the real condition is awful...
