The rooms are clean and spacious with everything you need to chill in your room. People are gentle and nice.
However I tried to contact them for days before my arrival, I sent many emails because I wanted to make sure I had the free connection from the airport after a long long journey. This was the main reason I choosed this hotel and I also needed to ask if the breakfast was gluten free because I'm allergic. They never answered and I had to arrange myself my transportation. They also didn't give any explanation when I arrived and did not provide nothing to make me feel better.
Next time I'll choose another one.

If you are looking for a hotel with close proximity to airport this hotel is perfect.
But that's all you will get, aside from that don't expect anything!

The receptionist staffs were very unfriendly, unhelpful, rejected my request for airport shuttle eventho I already submitted my booking form along with note regarding airport shuttle 7 days prior to my stay date for 2 persons including the time.

I ended up being told to book my own grab car by those receptionists staff, but their shuttle car was clearly available in front of the lobby when I book my grabcar.
Even my grab driver asked me why I don't use the hotel airport shuttle. So ridiculous!!!!

Do note that they advertised they provide free shuttle to airport in online booking form, if you need it you better call them before you book this place or you got nothing.

Breakfast was so-so, but the dinning and kitchen staffs was very friendly and on time serving us.
They got a small convinient store in the building and the store keeper was very very very helpful. They can cash out some money using debit card after a small purchase of IDR20,000. Please do note down that there are no ATM near this building.

The facilities in the room need some maintainance with lightnings and tv, it was very creepy, but water heater and AC works well.
That was a very unpleasant stay for me.
Won't stay at a place with bad service such as this for the second time.

Visited many times for business purposes, the rooms were acceptable, the foods were not that good, but the services was good. The best thing is, the location is only around 35 minutes from Soekarno Hatta Airport.

Good hotel. Staff is really helpful especially Bobby, he helped us during our entire stay. definitely the best hotel near airport

This is a very bad way
And a very bad hotel how ! I will explain
First i saw the price from google map it is around
200rb or 250rb
I go to there from airport at 7 am morning and i ask them how much for one night they told me it is 600rb ????
I say why it is in google map only 200rb not only there i check in agooda and booking.com it is 200rb
And i must to check out at 12 am so they want i pay for faige hour 600rb
When i want go from there i saw the price there is 399rb
So i dont know what tgey do for them self everywhere have a another price and it show 4 star but it is actually only 2 star
Room broken
Wall color it very bad and dirty
The smell was very bad
Bathroom have many mosquito
For the car enter and out from small door they must to pay for one hour 3 rb

The hotel is clean, the room is clean, the toilet is clean albeit abit old, but the cleanliness is maintained really well. Its location is not really far from the airport, but also not really far from the city either. I enjoyed my stay in this hotel waiting for my plane on transit.
