We’ve booked an executive room for 2 nights because the place is near Pasar Lama Tangerang (by walking in 15 minutes), the place is neat, clean and the room is comfortable. we could seen the Cisadane river as the view from room.

Food is apalling for 4 star hotel. Room is cool but hot water missing. Room card always broken need to be reset. Pool is small but enough. Car parking rather small. I think this is work hotel rather than vacation hotel. Staff is very nice, always say hallo.

Another facility at hotel (7/10) u003cthere's a lounge and bar on top of the building with additional cost. It's free if you only need to sit or smoke, they have karaoke room and meeting room i think *i didnt use it, no gym, no spa.

Tips or might be considered
1. There's smoking room and non smoking room
2. The hotel location is near cisadane river, you can jog there
3. Smoking area is only at the top of building or the coffee shop near the lobby (if your room is non smoking)
4. There is no balcony
5. There is no transportation rent nearby for tourist
6. They have vip rooms, if you want a larger room(with bathtub).
7.There's 2 lift for guest so you dont need to wait for too long
8.Parking is free of charge but a little bit small/cramped
9.Water heater not hot enough
10. Air conditioner in room not cold enough
11. Laundry is a little bit pricey

Had a wonderful family time in Pakons Prime Hotel. Strategic location, affordable price, overall good services, good breakfast taste. During PPKM, restaurant, sky lounge and swimming pool were closed. Breakfast was given directly to each room. It was okay. But we also had a little bit disappointing service. We ordered Executive Non-Smoking Room with bathtub. Arrived there at 1 PM, but had to wait until 2 PM because there was still a guest in that room.

Nice hotel but not too clean room. Wifi signal is good. No breakfast during Covid 19. And you cant use pool to swim. So easy to find food around the hotel. Nice staff. Overall good place with good price.

It is my 2nd visit to this hotel, I really enjoy the stay, the rooms are clean, the service is friendly and pleasant. strategic location in the middle of the city, close to minimarkets and fast food restaurants. the room rate is very affordable and the environment is peacefull. highly recommended

Hot shower not function, towel like have hole in it.. In the morning barely theres water available.. Check out immediately
