Stayed here for 5 hours while waiting for our flight. We didn't know the location is too far from the Soetta airport. Had our early dinner at the restaurant, the service was too slow and the food was just okay. The staff is very helpful and friendly, especially Ms. Monica, one of the FO officer ????

I visited this place in December 2021. The first impression was quite good for the cleanliness of the room but the service was very long, there was no security on duty at that time so it didn't feel safe to stay. The food served mostly tastes bad, the lift is often broken so afraid to use it.

• It's disappointed to know that Hotel never prepare Power plug adapter for other type instead of Indonesian standard. They should understand Hotel is the place for people around the world to stay,, should be prepare for Universal.
My Laptop running out of battery.
• Breakfast is without fresh milk served even I have asking, I'm wondering if I order to the bartender for Cappuccino,, will they say not available because of no fresh / steam milk ?

Very, Very helpful staff!!!!! I got stuck I. Jakarta due to Korean policy changes. The staff at the hotel went out of their way to accommodate my stay. They also help me find specific hospitals I needed for pcr testing due to Korean policy changes. As well as getting me there and helping me with whatever I needed. If you are in Jakarta and need a transit hotel, I highly recommend this location. I also would like to say thank you to the staff there for being so helpful!!!!!!
