I stayed in this hotel during my quarantine of 5 days. Would love to thank to the Bandara Int'l Hotel staff for being so professional, helpful and assisting in any way! From first point you meet hotel staff at airport, smooth passing through checking points - as they prepare all papers and shows to the airport security till checking-out!
Food was delicious and always on time, as you may schedule your meals with room service. But above all is fantastic scenery, garden, lake that lash all comments about rooms being old and need refurbishment! Rooms are large and comfortable.. I'll definitely recommend this hotel to my friends, especially to those in transfer to Bali or other destination, as hotel is only 10 minutes away from Airport terminals..

This is an old hotel....if i may say, but surely it is nice to stay if you are not planning to go anywhere and just to stay in the venue while waiting the next plane. The swimming pool is the great additional as it is wide and open while you can do sunbathing easily if you are looking for a tan. The FO is friendly and the staff was helpful when i was there and looking for some items. I do believe they have shuttle to airport. Actually i do love walking in the halway that connecting one building to another...it gives sense of colonialism era.

An old Hotel with pleasant services. Overall, my stays here is wonderful. The staff is helpful and the room is clean. Because of the pandemic, the breakfast is delivered directly to your room around 6.15. I was lucky to have a room with views of the lake.

Super friendly staff. Comfortable room and bed. AC is struggling a bit. Hotel is located close to the CGK airport however there are not too noisy. Some rooms on lowest level has a small terrace which is a plus. Hotel food selection is fair and quality good.

Lovely, beautiful place. With view of aircraft passing by and lovely swimming pool. All the food served is really delicious. Very close to airport. Rooms on ground floor have their own terrace to sit and relax. Toilet is clean, spacious, and big bathtube. Hotel staff is helpful and welcoming.

The place has seen better days but still is an excellent place to stay in Jakarta. It is very close to the airport and offers Bali like atmosphere. The front desk people are very polite and helpful. Rooms are very clean and spacious. They also have a lovely garden and pool. The food quality is very good. It is not a cheap place but woth it!

The hotel campus was beautiful, rooms are large, accommodating, and clean, and the staff is very friendly. The pool and surrounding area is well kept, and the fitness center was well-stocked. The restaurant was delicious, and the breakfast buffet had many items to choose from. The price was very reasonable, and the 24-hour shuttle to and from the airport was another huge positive. Overall, I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel.
