2 times in 2 consecutive days, I have found there are insects in the room, but the clerk was quite responsive in responding to our request, even though the second time I had to kill the insect myself

Excellent:
1. Fast response staff, helpfull, and very friendly.
2. Other equipment such as lift, TV, water heater, lamp, and electric pot have no problem.
3. Some room have a perfect air conditioner.
4. Decent breakfast.
5. In front of the building, there's a mosque. For you who love "Sunnah", this is a big poin for your prayers.
6. The neighborhood is very friendly and informative.
7. Near almost everything: Small store (warung), Warmindo, restos, traditional street food, present store, batik store, fashion, electronic service, and so on.. You can reach those with just a minute walk. Lovely.

Need Improvement:
1. Some air conditioner could be repaired. (Example: 302)
2. In some room, a small space gap near the window even blowing a hot air. This is a problem for the room temperature. (Example: 303)
3. Small parking.
4. The cleanliness could be improved. There's a stain on my spring bed.(Example: 301).

This review is the sign that I see a big potential for this place. A really small but serious u0026 consistent tweak, could really make a growth.

A little bit hidden at Central Solo (Surakarta) with limited rooms, the hotel offers different atmosphere. The site close to shopping mall (Paragon), just a minute walk, or close to many culinary food stalls / restos you can choose, from traditional to modern, and ease access to many tourist destinations, such as The Palace, Batik Traditional market, and many more...
Staffs are very kind and helpful, so you will feel at home...

Clean, nice and tidy. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Water takes quite long time to get hot. Bed is very comfortable.
Standard tea-coffee setup available.
Located in a small alley, but easy to find, there is signage. However just follow the Google Map.

Spent 2 nights here. Nice place to rest after wandering around Solo.

Feels comfortable enough to stay here and affordable enough from the budget for the traveler. the bathroom was clean enough and the air conditioner nice too. All of the stuff we're so friendly. The view of the window of the city of Surakarta makes it more quite good as a memory.

The bed in the Millenial Room smells weird, and I can't change the tv channel. There is no trash can in the room, only in bathrom so i hv to get back and forth..

I stayed here for a night. I booked a smart room which is kinda small and compact. If you're not really into 'limited space', consider to book bigger room.

Things that I appreciate from this hotel:
- Quick check-in
- Complete basic amenities: Dental kit, shampoo, body soap, towels
- Provide coffee u0026 tea inside your room
- Hot u0026 cold water are perfectly working
- Great location at the city center ????

Things that could be improved on (and they should)
- I consider the room as not clean, I found stain on the floor, the AC and curtain are rather dusty
- I definitely prefer white towel and blanket, not white greyish towel and blanket
- Better wifi connection for sure

Seriously, for 3 stars hotel, I believe they can do better than that regarding the hygiene. Luckily, I got an affordable price for this room through Agoda. I recommend this hotel if you're on a tight budget.
