5 Jaso Jangan Soto - 5 months ago
If you into a clear broth yet satisfying and refreshing soup, this might be your 'cup of tea'. This restaurant serves really good traditional Solo chicken soto. The soup are simple, but it is really suitable for breakfast. The carbs inside are rice and rice noodle. My protip is don't forget to mix the soup first since they added salt on the bowl not the cooking pot. You can also choose between the one portion or half portion. If you into spiciness, adding sambal to your soto is a must. Like any other soto stall in Solo, they also have lime to add some sourness.
It is also obligated to add some side dishes like tempe, tahu, sundukan (skewer), sosis solo (which are actually a mince beef roll), etc. But the side dishes are on a dedicated table. The tea are also good.
