Everything is good but I found some insects on the floor. The cleanliness is the only problem but it's only minors

Room floors are sticky, bathroom utilities are a bit finicky, no closed wardrobe. Staff are very friendly. Parking area is a bit cramped but the security helps with parking.

On our first check in, we found the access and power card didn't work properly. And we waited for at least 15 minutes until the engineering came to fix the issue. Room was good. Cleanliness was average. Hot water did not work perfectly, on and off sometimes. But overall was okay.

For a ⭐⭐ hotel, it's good and also affordable. Better use your apps to book to get more promotion slash discount ????. No complaints, just when my friends and I arrived there is no slippers so we have to ask the hotel's front desk. And there's no water heater, glass and tea or coffee.. it's ok though. Overall the room is clean, spacious, and comfy ????

I think there is massive room for improvement. Specially how you treat the guests. Comparing that with Airy Rooms, their staff is very welcoming and they are always willing to go beyond to make their customer / guests feel special. Only good thing in here is WiFi it's slow but a little stable. Wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort specially.
