A very cost effective guest house. Fantastic airconditioning. Clean. Big Koi fishes pond. Good Breakfast. Nice bread toast, coco in fresh milk, tea or coffee inclusive in daily rate $21 SIN dollars.

great place to stay with friends, really worth the price! the room is spacy for 7 people, we love the bunk bed too.

The receptionist is very bad, I'd been waiting for more than 15 minutes, and the receptionist still gone. ????
For location so difficult to find cause the maps direction can't match with google maps (different the direction) and the breakfast and the service was bad!!!!!!!
I'm very disaapointed stayed in here!!!!

Me and some friends stayed here for few months. They have the best service ever, the best staff, best manager, even in the month of Ramadan. They prepare special service. Love this place sooo much...

sorry for the messy bedroom on the photos but overall this is the best place to stay in surabaya. very spacious for up to 12 adults but the maximum guest is 8 adults. 2 bathrooms and 6 large beds. very homey with nice staffs.

Clean and comfort.
Suasana lumayan tenang. Staffs are friendly. Maybe they need improve about the breakfast, provide pancake for the choice. Provide tea or coffe at lobby.
Overall,this place is recommended for stay. Good luck

The staff were friendly and helpful the room was relatively clean (for a guest house in Java it was good)

Only dislike was the fact that I paid 100k IDR more for not booking online which is crazy as the guest house would need to pay the booking agent.

For that reason I won't return but its not a bad place
