Feeling in love with the hotel ambience and atmosphere. The front officers and security were very helpful. They were responded and helped the customer in an excellent way during our way. They were responsive enough.
The food choice is vary and they apply a strict rule for the customer in spite of COVID-19 spreading controls. The room is spacious. However, I think the management should take a deeper attention in the maintenance of shower-room door as I found that it can't be closed easily.
Overall, I enjoyed my stay at this hotel.

The hotel is so clean and comfortable, especially the room. Easy to find the parking lot and there's a valet parking that makes things more easier, also all the employee are so friendly. All the food is amazing in here! 100% Recommended!

The check in/out process was swift and easy. Room is spacious and clean, the staffs were friendly and helpful when we complained about noise. It was our second time staying in this particular hotel and so far always a pleasant experience.

I am a Swissbell regular customer in Bali and Jakarta. This time Me,my husband, and our young kids..we drive from Solo, arrive at the hotel around 10.30pm..when we drove to lobby, the hotel security gave sign which directed us to parking area. The parking area is in a different building, easy to access by walking if you bring no luggage or small kids because the elevator is not working, unfortunately it was not easy for us with overnight bag and sleeping baby on stroller, and we park at level 3, and the only way to get down is by stair .So we drove back to lobby and sadly have to pay for the parking fee. After complaining to front desk, we were told there's valet service.The room is nice and clean..but the breakfast need more improvement.

the location is very strategic, the room was quite nice, the breakfast was ok (tone down the salt, please), the free valet service was also nice, but the room service was a disappointment to say the least. one evening we went back to our room door literally open! the housekeeping staff forgot to close our door after cleaning, i almost had a heart attack, we had laptops and wallets inside, thankfully everything was safe but omg!! we didn't tell anyone because nothing was lost, but please do better!

I am a guest from semarang, using car. I drove 5 hours.

They provide parking area in the building behind the hotel. It was very far to walk from parking lot to hotel. The hot temperatures of Surabaya make it perfect unpleasant experience. Free tips for the hotel. Provide Information in front of lobby saying. We are providing free valet, hotel guest please ask us. Hopefully, I am last victim of this situation
