It's 24 hours for the downstairs service counter only. The cafe upstairs was closed till 10am, which was a pity coz they have sofas on the seating area upstairs. The staffs were very helpful when I asked to have a clean ashtray. Toilet wasn't cleaned properly though.

Good old KFC. It's located at a very strategic location, on one of the busiest street in east Surabaya. It opened 1 years ago, and it's well maintained. Place is quite spacious, with indoor and outdoor on two floors. Everything else is KFC ordinary, good food for quick meal, and nice service. Limited parking space.

The taste is just like another KFC. Please make a comfort parking lot for motorcycle!

This KFC is not that recommended to go beacuse it is too crowded and lack of staff (before COVID 19 in the rush hour). Have ever got bad experience when order by online. The order that I have accepted was wrong and I guess the blame wasnt for the driver but for the KFC stafd. Because how the driver will know the detail of menu especially the title of the menu is not indicate the detail of the menu. Besides, this place is still left behind in option of payment. It is still conventional which is not using QR Code or othe online payment. Only receive cash or debit or credit card only.
