The place was nice, clean, with homey interior, employees are friendly when you meet them. Although breakfast is so so but I like the wheat sandwich. Need to let the housekeeping know if you need to make up your room, not sure of how is their cleaning system because I stayed there for 5 nights and only once they did the cleaning, that was upon request as well.
I had no complaint whatsoever except for one, I left a Garmin watch charger cable on the bed side table and they said it wasn’t there. It’s black and similar to the table lamp cable over there, that’s why I didn’t see it. I got a smart watch for a birthday gift from my brother when we were there and I only use the cable once for charging. I thought I might need it again so that’s why I haven’t saved it and I just realized 2 days after I returned because the watch needs to be charged. I even haven’t unpacked my suitcase but couldn’t find it anywhere and I only brought one big suitcase for my daughter and me, also one small sling bags for each of us.
I rang them and asked but nothing. I rang 3 times to really make sure but I realize whoever finds it never keen on returning it anyway, because I checked out at 10 AM while the rest of my family (reservation was under my sister’s name for in total of 4 rooms) checked out afterwards around noon I presume and nothing been told if they found a charger cable left in the room.
It’s really a shame, first because the cable cost is not cheap, happened to me before as when I left an IPhone charger cable in an office building, they showed me plenty of cables inside a lost and found box but all are Android’s and now so is this one.
Second, when I broke an ashtray over there, I bought them a new one while I could’ve just never say anything.
I’m sure my case is rarely happens there but I am deeply disappointed. Lesson learned and I hope future guests be more careful with their precious belongings. Thank you.
